Workshop 7B - Top Down. Bottom up. Driving Culture Change through Responsible Gambling Training

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

The responsible gambling industry is shifting away from compliance-based programs and investing greater priority towards frontline staff training. However, the absence of learning and knowledge exchange opportunities for executive-level staff, board members, and regulators has left the decision-makers who set operational and regulatory strategy for the industry, out of the loop.

This workshop will explore innovative solutions to closing this knowledge gap and showcase the latest training strategies and communication tools for their implementation. Attendees will hear about training triumphs and humbling examples of the best laid plans falling through, to help them build on the industry's successes and avoid foreseeable obstacles. They will leave the session inspired to tackle small-scale culture change in their own organization, and excited to contribute to an industry-wide transformation of how we think about, talk about, and implement responsible gambling.
