2020 New Horizons in Responsible Gambling Conference

The responsible gambling industry is shifting away from compliance-based programs and investing greater priority towards frontline staff training. However, the absence of learning and knowledge exchange opportunities for executive-level staff, board members, and regulators has left the decision-makers who set operational and regulatory strategy for the industry, out of the loop.  

This workshop will explore innovative solutions to closing this knowledge gap and showcase the latest training strategies and communication tools for their implementation.
