Loto-Québec and the Société des Casinos have moved away from promoting a gambling related offer to promoting an entertainment one, focused on an outstanding customer experience approach. By doing so, they are welcoming new light and casual customers. This new approach is based on innovative and unique activities, which allows creation and promotion of RG initiatives where by information is integrated into the different activities proposed to clients, hopefully offering safer products and environments.
