Stewart Groumoutis is currently the Director of eGaming at BCLC and has worked in online gambling for over 15 years, including eight years with BCLC. Groumoutis has worked in a wide range of roles including VIP Program Management, CRM, Product Management and Operations. In all of his roles, his primary focus has always been on understanding the customer and the needs and psychology of the gambler.
